Again Obama Praises George Herbert Walker Bush for Desert Storm

"Obama went out of his way to praise the first Bush for his handling of the first Persian Gulf War. He said he admired the way Bush and his foreign policy team put together a large coalition before they started the war. Obama represents those in the ruling class that prefer that their imperialist acts be supported by a coalition of other nations. But is multi-lateral imperialism any better than the unilateral brand?"

Attention Desert Storm Obama Supporters:

"He endorses the first Gulf war, praising 'George H. W. Bush and his team' for 'engaging in the hard diplomatic work of obtaining most of the world’s support for our actions, and making sure our actions serve to further recognize international norms.'”

Obama: Plan B for the elites

To all the Desert Storm Protesters who are Obama Supporters, this is what your candidate said:

"I would reach out to the first George Bush. You know, one of the things that I think George H.W. Bush doesn't get enough credit for was his foreign policy team and the way that he helped negotiate the end of the Cold War and prosecuted the Gulf War. That cost us 20 billion dollars. That's all it cost. It was extremely successful."

Am I in the Twilight Zone?:

"I have enormous sympathy for the foreign policy of George H.W. Bush. I don't have a lot of complaints about their handling of Desert Storm [the 1991 Iraq war]. I don't have a lot of complaints with their handling of the fall of the Berlin Wall."
